Sump pump inspections start

If you arrive home to find an orange tag on your door, please call Village Hall at 877-9445 to schedule an appointment for a sump pump inspection. Inspections currently are underway in the Stevens Creek Estates subdivision.

The inspections are part of the Village’s ongoing efforts to find causes for sewer back-up problems that occurred in some Forsyth areas during the heavy rain event on Sept. 14, 2008.

Residents are asked to cooperate with the mandatory inspections and will be notified by mail if appointments are not made, according to Village Clerk Kathy Mizer.
